Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using blokparty.club and related services (the "Services") provided by Blok Party LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, submit an application for membership, or opt in to our SMS messaging program.

Membership & Events

Blok Party LLC is a members club that hosts in-person social events. Membership and event attendance are subject to approval and to any additional terms presented at the time of application or ticket purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

SMS Messaging Program

• Program name: Blok Party Member Event Notifications
• Description: Notifications about membership status and invitations to Blok Party events.
• How you opt in: Optionally provide your mobile number on our opt-in form at blokparty.club and check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, is optional, and is not required to submit the form, create an account, or complete any purchase.
• Messages sent from: (925) 718-9781
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies (typically 5-20 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email b@blokparty.club or call (925) 408-0788.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS opt-in and consent data.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Blok Party LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blok Party LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
